We were invited back, so I guess our first appearance wasn't so bad. This time we talk about beer cocktails. While our pouring techniques needed some work, we still had a blast.
First up: Erdinger/Fruli mix. 50/50 in a tall glass (the classic Erdinger Weissbräu glass works well.) Lightly pour Erdinger, followed by Fruli.
Second: Snakebite. 50/50 cider/stout. Pour cider first. Over the back of a spoon head lightly pour stout. This should create a layered effect.
Both pours didn't turn out great on TV, but they still tasted great! Try it out yourself and enjoy!
